Basquiat became known by painting graffiti in the streets of New York City. A close friend of Andy Warhol, he is with him one of the major players in the underground.

We find in his work the themes of anatomy, graffiti and primitive art through an original, violent and colorful style.

The title of this work refers to a news story from 1961: The Barney Hill Affair, which was the first alleged case of abduction by extraterrestrials. We find among his favorite subjects: Death, money and the supernatural.
